With plenty presence of cheap labor, Vietnam witnesses a tremendous growth in its economy. As a result, it attracts more foreign investments despite not being one of the leading developed countries in Asia. By taking advantage of its labour, in future, with more foreign firms establishing their foot here, a much more sophisticated & highly educated labour force will be created, with presence of technology.
Even with the abundance of cheap labour, 67.8% of its workers residing in the rural areas. With its cheap labour cost, Vietnam is facing a crisis for e.g. low wages and qualification differences.
